Nutrition Science Students Published in National Journal
Morgan State Nutrition Science Seniors Amanda Katz and Andrea Davis, along with program director, Dr. Ivis T. Forrester-Anderson have been published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Vol. 112, Issue 9, Supplement.
Their abstract, ”Rare Khorasan Wheat Provides Nutrient Dense Substitution for All Purpose White Flour with no Palatability Issues” was developed on the Morgan State University Campus in the Nutritional Science labs. The group will present its research at the Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo in Philadelphia next month.
